1. General Information This website is operated by LUNELLE, owned by Ana Corvera, based in the United Kingdom. By accessing and purchasing from lunellestore.co.uk, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Products All LUNELLE products are handmade scented candles and home fragrance goods. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices and Payment All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery rates are: Standard £3.99 and Express £6.99. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.

5. Returns and Refunds We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for further details.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, logos and designs — is the sole property of LUNELLE and is protected under the intellectual property laws of England and Wales. Reproduction without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
